Because I believe in making things as easy as possible, all orders of $100 or more ship for free via USPS Mail! Expect your goodies to arrive in 2-5 business days. Just a quick note—the $100 threshold applies to your final total at checkout (after discounts, taxes, and shipping). Free shipping is available within the contiguous United States only and doesn’t apply to past purchases or gift cards.
For orders under $100, there’s a simple flat rate of USD $6. If you need your jewelry faster, other shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Since everything at Alex a Mano is made by hand with love, I try to keep all items in stock for immediate delivery. However, if an item is not in stock, please allow up to 5-7 days for me to create your piece before it ships. I’ll be sure to keep you in the loop if this happens.

• Peace of Mind: I offer a full refund (excluding shipping) or an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. You just cover the return shipping, and I’ll take care of the rest.
• Custom Orders: Please note that because custom pieces are made just for you, they’re non-returnable. This includes items with specific materials or designs that aren’t part of my standard offerings. But don’t worry—if there’s an issue with your custom piece, I’ll always do my best to make it right.
