Collection: Riveting Hues

The Riveting Hues Collection celebrates joyful bursts of color and playful textures, merging artistry with organic elements. Handcrafted from copper, Sterling Silver, brass or silver rivet accents, and Prismacolor pigments, each piece is individually designed with unique textures, gradients, and patinas to create a vibrant, nature-inspired look. From delicate floral motifs to abstract forms, every creation in this collection is as unique as the wearer, making these pieces perfect for everyday expression or special occasions.

Due to the handcrafted process and the organic nature of the materials, each piece varies slightly, ensuring that no two are alike—making every item truly one of a kind. This collection is meant to bring a bit of joy, confidence, and vibrant colors into your wardrobe.

Process: each color is created on a copper base with multiple layers of hand-applied patina and Prismacolor pigments. Layered textured Sterling Silver backplates, brass or silver rivets, and a variety of designed and hand-made components, make each piece sculptural and vibrant. The colors are then then sealed with layers of fixatives and a protective coat of museum wax. 

Care Instructions: the colors are sealed with multiple layers of fixative and wax, but, like every heirloom piece, they should still be handled with care. Excessive rubbing or polishing may affect the pigments and patina finish. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and cleaning chemicals. To clean, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or fingerprints, and use a silver-polishing cloth only on the metal areas. Store your jewelry in the Alex a Mano pouches provided, away from sunlight and moisture, to preserve the colors and prevent scratches.
